LEV Re-Location

Efficient relocation and installation of industrial LEV filtration system

This project involved the strip out and re-location between 2 of our customers sites.
Project length - 3 weeks

Modified an existing pneumatic conveying system to convey the waste to the customers pelleting plant.

Installed the new ducting leg to replace an existing smaller filter.

Erected the new frame and filter.

Removal of the existing filter plant, fan and part of the supporting structure.

Transported to one of our customers other sites.

Fabricated new supporting frame work, whilst utilising some of the existing steels to minimise costs.
