Steelwork Overhaul

Complete steelwork replacement to restore critical fan room structure

JJA Engineering were commissioned to replace the flooring and associated steel work in the fan room of a germination vessel.
Project length - 4 weeks

Our site teams worked in two shifts of 4 to ensure we minimised down time for our client.

Re-install the fan and roof.

Fabricate, galvanise and install new steelwork and flooring.

Imported the European size beams from the continent to our workshop.

Removal of the buildings roof to allow access to crane out the 3t fan (full contract lift).

Removal of the existing flooring and supporting steelwork.

Replicate the entire floor and supporting steelwork using CAD.
